Services
We are proud to offer full-service repair for most stringed instruments at a shop operated by working musicians who understand you and your instrument’s needs. With over 20,000 successful repairs completed, you can rest assured that your instrument is in safe hands.
We occasionally perform services that are not listed below. If you don’t see what you need, contact us to inquire and get an estimate.
Our process
We operate by appointment only, except on Fridays from 11AM to 4PM. You get one-on-one time with us and never have to wait in line. Although we only accept walk-ins on Fridays 11AM-4PM, appointments may be scheduled same-day depending on availability.
At your drop-off appointment, we go over your instrument with you, discuss the work you want performed, note any concerns, and answer any questions.
If we encounter anything unforeseen while performing your repair, we will reach out to you to discuss your options and additional costs, if any, before proceeding. We will never try to sell you anything you do not need.
When our work is completed, we’ll let you know that we’re ready for you to make a pick-up appointment.
At your pick-up appointment, your luthier will go over the repair with you one-on-one. During this time, we fine-tune your instrument to your preferences, adjusting things like action height on the spot.
All services are backed by a 60-day guarantee. If something doesn’t feel right, contact us or make an appointment to bring your instrument back in and we will perform any necessary adjustments.
